All sales are final.

Returns may allowed at our discretion with authorization within 5 days of delivery for unused merchandise. Purchaser must email us at: admin@carolinacaddy.com within 5 days of delivery as determined by Fedex delivery confirmation.

Upon authorization, customer is responsible for returning merchandise including shipping and insurance. Merchandise must be in unused condition to receive refund.

Carolinacaddy warranty is with original purchaser and is for the life of the product. Carolinacaddy will repair or replace at our discretion any part(s) of our carts that break due to manufacturers' defect. Misuse and  normal wear and tear from use is not covered by this warranty.
